LISCareer has a newish “articles by date” feature that makes it easier to say “hey, there’s new articles up!” and have somethign to link to. I was immediately drawn to Michelle Millet’s article called Libraries Have Cliques Too as someone who has recently started a new job at a library which has had very little turnover in the past decade.

I have a pamphlet which is one of my favorite little bits of librariana called The Librarian’s Cookbook [no, not this one]. It was published in the 70s and has a bunch of amusing recipes, mostly not intended for eating as much as explicating. And, of course, organized by DDC. Apparently there’s another Librarian’s Cookbook in the works, send in your favorite recipes. [lisnews]
