  1. This is an issue which needs to be looked at by those who specialise in Intellectual property law,
    and the manufacures.

    It’s also one of those issues which could land us up in another set of world trade issues via the manufactures.

    Maybe it’s also one which requires us all to set an agenda as to what we want to do about this as librarians & info workers,
    rather than leave it to the company lawyers to do it for us all.
