    • the difference between friendly and spammy
  2. the web is your friend
    • collaborative info filtering
    • e-meet & e-greet
    • educate as you learn
  3. human speech is not marketing speech, but even crap for a good cause is still crap. help people form positive associations.

    "You have that website with that little _____________"
    "I know him, he's the person who always does _______________ at ALA...."
  4. email, website, clothing, workspace, screensaver, coffee mugs, haircut, voice mail, sig file, nail polish, ??
